Quitclaim by James Holden of Cranebrook in the county of Kent, clothier, to John Hewson of Bennenden in the same county for £24 of all his right in a piece of woodland in the parishes of Rolvenden and Bennenden and now in the tenure and occupation of the grantor; containing 3 acres abutting on a certain denn lane leading from Clayhill to Kensham Green on the south and west, the lands late of Walter Evernden to the east and the lands of Nicholas Emmett to the north.
